If you want to have some fun, a great laugh, and get fit, healthy and/or lean whilst doing so, then this is for you!!
Weekly exercise classes to improve your fitness and strength, whilst helping you to tone up.
We’ll have some exercise tests at the start and end of the 12 weeks to keep track of your progress.
Weekly nutrition and lifestyle challenges, with some amazing recipes too, to help improve your overall health and lifestyle and lose weight if that’s your goal.
You can choose any combination of the available sessions.Â
Ravenstone:
Monday and Thursday evening 6:30-7:15pm.
Wednesday morning 6:30-7:15am
Saturday morning 7:00-7:45am
Twycross:
Wednesday evening 7:00-7:45pm
All sessions are currently inside but will move outside once the weather and light allows.Â
